Composite Prosthetic Kit
Over the past decade, the dental industry in China has undergone significant changes, particularly in the way dental clinics source materials and equipment. Since around 2014, dental e-commerce platforms have gradually emerged and expanded. After nearly ten years of development, online procurement of dental products has become highly mature. Today, most private dental clinics rely on e-commerce platforms for purchasing, benefiting from more transparent pricing, broader product selections, and higher purchasing efficiency.
This shift has effectively addressed a long-standing challenge faced by many dentists in the past—opaque product information and unclear pricing. With improved access to detailed product data and competitive market pricing, clinics are now better able to control procurement costs while maintaining clinical quality.
At the same time, the rise of high-quality domestic alternatives has further transformed the market. Whether for large dental equipment or daily consumables, many locally developed products now offer more competitive pricing and reliable performance. This trend has helped domestic dentists reduce their dependence on imported brands, which in the past often came with frequent price increases, higher maintenance costs, and less responsive after-sales service. As a result, the overall cost of opening and operating a clinic has decreased, while after-sales support has become more convenient and efficient.
Within this evolving industry environment, the Composite Prosthetic Kit was independently developed to address the practical needs of modern implant prosthetic restoration. The kit is designed to support clinical efficiency, safety, and versatility, aligning with the current demand for reliable and cost-effective dental solutions.
The Composite Prosthetic Kit consists of one torque wrench, one spherical carrier, and twelve screwdrivers, all configured according to clinical implant restoration practices. The system allows for convenient chairside use and streamlined tool management during restorative procedures.

A key design feature is the spherical carrier (spherical fixer), which firmly clamps into the top groove of all screwdrivers. This ensures that the screwdrivers remain securely fixed during handling and operation and will not fall out even when shaken. By preventing accidental drops, the design reduces the risk of patients swallowing small components, adding an important layer of clinical safety.
Functionally, the Composite Prosthetic Kit supports four implant restoration methods: conventional restoration, composite abutment restoration, ball abutment restoration, and locator restoration. Integrating multiple restoration techniques into a single system reduces the need for multiple tool sets and helps clinicians optimize their restorative workflow.
With its practical configuration, secure fixation design, and multi-restoration capability, the Composite Prosthetic Kit is suitable for a wide range of implant prosthetic procedures. As an independently developed dental implant restoration tool system, it reflects the ongoing progress of domestic dental manufacturing and offers a reliable, efficient, and accessible solution for modern implant prosthetic treatment.
