Connect the Remover Screw: Attach the remover screw to the implant.
Engage the Remover Body: Connect the remover body to the remover screw and then to the implant.
Remove the Implant: Utilize the locking mechanism to remove the implant with minimal bone loss.
Select the Remover Screw: Choose the appropriate remover screw that matches the implant system (ET(TS)/SS/EK(KS)) based on the condition of the implant (normal vs. fractured). Refer to the remover selection guideline.
Connect to the Screw Driver: Attach the remover screw to the screw driver.
Preliminary Connection: Manually connect the screw driver (with the remover screw attached) to the implant and rotate clockwise.
Torque Application: Engage the torque wrench on the screw driver and tighten clockwise (minimum 60Ncm, regular/wide 80Ncm).
Installation: Once the correct Ncm has been reached, remove the screw driver. The remover screw has been successfully installed.
Select Remover Body: Choose the appropriate type of remover body for the implant diameter and manually rotate the screw counterclockwise.
Final Removal: Mount the torque wrench on the remover body and rotate counterclockwise (maximum 400Ncm engagement possible). To prevent overheating, irrigation to the remover body and implant is required.
Implant Removal: The implant is removed with minimal bone loss via the locking mechanism between the implant and remover body.
1. Implant Wrench: Fix the removed implant into the implant wrench, selecting the hole depending on the cutting edge number and diameter of the implant.
2. Separation from Remover Body: Engage the torque wrench to the remover body and rotate clockwise.
3. Separation from Remover Screw: Connect the screw driver to the remover screw, engage the torque wrench, and rotate them counterclockwise.
4. Final Removal: Remove the implant from the implant wrench. Replace the implant wrench if dull.
Sterilization: Sterilize the tool according to recommended steam sterilization conditions.
Removal of Attached Restorations: Remove any restorations connected to the implant before attempting to remove the implant.
Selection and Connection: Choose a remover screw that fits the implant's screw hole size and connect it to the FR screwdriver, using a torque force of 40~80Ncm to connect with the implant.
Final Engagement: Use the implant remover to rotate the connected remover screw counterclockwise, applying torque as needed for removal.
