Minimum Alveolar Ridge Width: At least 3mm–4mm.
Alveolar Ridge Shaper: Medium 7.0 (radius 3.5mm). Recommended speed: 1,200–1,500rpm.
Alveolar Ridge Shaper: Medium 7.0 (radius 3.5mm).
Initial Drill Placement: For implant sites 35–37, the first and second implant sites should be 5.0mm and 7.0mm away from the adjacent teeth, respectively.
Initial Positioning Drill: Use a 1.8mm twist drill to create a pilot hole at the implant site.
Vertical Incision: Use a Medium 1.3 chisel bur to prepare a fulllength vertical incision line.
Horizontal Incision: On the alveolar ridge crest, prepare a horizontal incision line from the distal to the mesial.
Additional Incisions: Around the adjacent teeth, use a Medium 7.0 chisel bur to prepare additional incision lines.
Chisel Bur Sizes: Medium 7.0, Medium 10.0, Ø13.0. Recommended speed: 1,200–1,500rpm.
Direction: The chisel bur should move from the distal to the mesial.
Sequential Bone Expansion: Use shaping drills in the following order to achieve bone expansion:
Medium 1.6/2.8
Medium 2.2/3.6
Medium 2.7/4.1
3.1/4.5
Recommended Speed: 25–35rpm.
Implant Motor Torque: Recommended torque below 35Ncm. [Note] If the torque is too high, the implant motor and handpiece may lock. In such cases, connect an extension before proceeding.
Conical Implant:
