    The drill is made from raw tungsten steel, which is black in color and uncoated. It features laser - engraved markings for identification. Each marking interval is one millimeter. The drill body is available in different drip - coated colors to help doctors distinguish between sizes. Note that different sizes have different drip - coated colors. Each reverse drill comes with a silicone ring for depth identification. Doctors can use X - ray images to locate the position of the broken screw.

    Due to the high drilling speed and the extremely hard material of the drill, it must be used in conjunction with a guide to ensure that the guide is vertically and stably fixed on the upper part of the implant. The maximum protrusion distance of the reverse drill when used with the guide is approximately 7mm. This is suitable for removing broken screws that are located below the hexagonal structure within the implant.     The three tungsten steel reverse drills have hole - drilling diameters of 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.4mm, which correspond to metric screw sizes of 1.8mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm respectively. The head of the reverse drill is specially designed to tap threads on the surface of the broken screw, forming a screw thread. The drilling depth is generally between 1mm and 2mm. When the doctor touches the surface of the broken screw, they should apply appropriate downward pressure and observe the change in the scale. The drill has good tapping ability.

    Doctors should use saline solution for cooling and promptly remove the cuttings. In principle, the drill should not be used a second time, but it can be disinfected and reused if it is assessed that it does not affect the drill's cutting ability.
